You may find yourself living in a shotgun shack
You may find yourself in another part of the world
You may find yourself behind the wheel of a large automobile
You may find yourself in a beautiful house, with a beautiful wife
You may ask yourself: well... how did I get here?

Letting the days go by/let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by/water flowing underground
Into the blue again/after the money's gone
Once in a lifetime/water flowing underground

You may ask yourself
How do I work this?
You may ask yourself
Where is that large automobile?
You may tell yourself
This is not my beautiful house!
You may tell yourself
This is not my beautiful wife!

Letting the days go by/let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by/water flowing underground
Into the blue again/after the money's gone
Once in a lifetime/water flowing underground

Same as it ever was... Same as it ever was...
Same as it ever was... Same as it ever was...
Same as it ever was... Same as it ever was...
Same as it ever was... Same as it ever was...

allan

thanks for the quick response and post of nnvc.

looks like we are firing on all cylanders right now

i am surprised to know you are a talking heads fan as i am guessing you are about 60

i remember being blown out of my socks listening to the talking heads while in college in maine.

i must have been too stoned and the words too deep for me to understand and i still don't though i think it must be good for nnvc.

thanks

mike

Allan

10K filed today, have you seen it and do you have any comments? I saw something on IHUB that sounded not too good regarding needed financing.

thanks

From latest 10K filing:

Should we be worried?

The Company is in discussions with certain potential investors to provide the additional capital set forth above. Additionally, A grant application for developing a broad-spectrum nanoviricide against hemorrhagic fever viruses such as Ebola/Marburg and Dengue is currently pending with the Department of Defense. No assurances can be given that financing will be available or be sufficient to meet our capital needs. If we are unable to obtain financing to meet our working capital requirements, then we may be required to modify our operations, including curtailing our business significantly or ceasing operations altogether.

From latest 10K filing:

1). don't spec with money cannot afford to lose.

2). NNVC has performed thus far admirably given the loss of the influenza sail-wind: others have sunk since they had their flu gust last summer: charts.

3). the 10K might be analogous (but much more oblique in tactic) to Geo Soros saying recently "gold is in a bubble" then going out and doubling his gold holdings. I.e., he was trying to get it lower. ... ergo, maybe somebody wants to buy NNVC lower. ... This does not necessarily imply that someone on the inside rigged the 10k; can mean someone on the outside is sitting, waiting with venture capital--until hunger is announced (and so it has--10k). [Judges 16:6]

4). this is a useful moment to analyze one's motivation for owning the stock. Is it because of the fundamentals? Is it because of Allan's paragraph on this blog? Is it greed and gambling? Is it other knowledge? Is it random? Is it boredom? .... more importantly, even if one isolates what it is, there is still that 2% gap between decision and action. This 2% is one's 'Illative Sense' (cf. Henry Newman The Grammar of Assent). Getting in touch with this Sense is critical. Neo read the sign above Oracle's door: "Know Thyself". Waylon Jennings - Are You Sure Hank Done It This Way

5). Jack be nimble. Jack be quick. [Proverbs 6:5]

Here's the take from Dr. Feelgood on the ihub boards. It's the same warning they've given for years. My take is it COULD be true any given year, so take appropriate precautions since this (like many biotechs) is still a risky investment:

"Some things never change. For 3 years now we have been privileged to read the following with only the dates changing as each year passes:

The Company will be unable to proceed with its planned drug development progress, meet its administrative expense requirements, capital costs, and staffing costs after about December 31, 2010 without obtaining additional financing of approximately $3,000,000 to $5,000,000. If we are unable to obtain additional financing, our business plan will be significantly delayed or curtailed. The Company continues to re-prioritize its objectives and delay certain drug development programs until we can raise sufficient funding that enables further development of the drugs with the goal of filing an Investigational New Drug application (IND) to the FDA."

Great comments and info.
I liked burning down the house as my favorite TH song.

When I saw these NNVC charts, just from a chartist outlook...
and seeing the current "timing cycle" zone we are approaching.... fit into my own vision (which could be wrong of course, but may be right)

What IF....NNVC is about to complete a 'double top' and doing it at an auspicious time, in the timing cycle, the full moon, march 1 zone, which forecasts a fairly strong down move.
my charting from past NNVC charts shows a down zone off these highs, that heads toward the .80 and even into the .70's ,maybe a bottom in the .70-74 range.

This would be a perfect fulfillment to the chart vision Ive drawn...and the key that would have to make it work is that NNVC
HOLDS UP above .70
and rises from there.

and the .70-75 area would be the last time NNVC sees that low a price.

the more I describe this, the more it sounds like alot of speculative fluff. so I'll stop.

But....IF this happens...I will become so obnoxious in my gloating you will scream in agony.

and ....I would call NNVC a buy at .74 but watch out...the bottom might be
.80

its the last train to clarksville.
