No reason to get excited

"No reason to get excited", the thief he kindly spoke

"There are many here among us who feel that life is but a joke

But you and I, we've been through that, and this is not our fate

So let us not talk falsely now, the hour is getting late".

Another "Crash Warning"

Another market rally!!!

Re: Crash Warning

My September 10, 2008 Crash Warning was indeed, a SELL signal as was noted at the time.

My April, 2009 posts have made it clear and unambiguous that the market is in a Wave 4 rally and when it completes, the market will go down hard.

It's no wonder so many fail at trading, there is something whacked in their cognitive reasoning that just dooms them to being on the wrong side of the market time and time again. Good news for the rest of us.

Re: detecting rally

If you have been paying attention to my charts, they have been rife with Buy signals, i.e. Blue Bars and Triangles, for the past 7-8 weeks.

for a moment, I thought you said blue 'balls' and Triangles, hee hee hee

Puhleeeze! You are now saying you were subliminally telling people to buy????

What is it about "Wave 4 rally" that you don't understand?

Don't worry, I am NEVER excited about your picks or ideas! Until last week I honestly thought this was a "humor blog".

Blaming another to justify one's own failings! What a innovative, novel idea...

Allan:

Can we interpret your new slogan:

"Tune in, turn on and TRADE UP"

as a sign you are using LSD or other narcotics in your trading?

Did you think of that slogan yourself? Or do you owe any credit where credit is due?

If so, your results are so good could you publish the substances and dosages so we could follow suit?

Hey Allan,

MELA got away from me. It was mentioned here on your blog about 5/6 weeks ago by another poster at 3++ and after a long slow and steady climb today broke out to 7.30 on heavier volume. Thanks for this great blog, I always seem to find lots of good ideas here. Warm regards from NYC/Joe

Hmmm, looking at some of the recent comments on this blog it seems that "allallan.blogspot.com" itself is a kind of narcotic, and that some people have become addicted to it...

Here are two useful rules:

1) seeking advice is a GOOD thing, and "allallan.blogspot.com" is far from the worst place to find input -- occasionally useful, always fun to read.

2) being dependent on anything, be it TV, cigarettes, crack, or the aforementioned allallan is a BAD thing. You need to stand on your own 2 feet, or however many you have, to be successful in the game of speculation.
