PHRM

Sally just reported a Director I-Buy of $230K. But what she didn't report was a cluster of I-Buys from earlier this year, including the CEO and CFO. Here's a link to the recent Insider transactions in PHRM.

Noteworthy also is the fact that PHRM has no debt and $7.62/share in cash.

Needless to say, I'm in PHRM today, maybe longer.

Allan.......started reading your blog a few weeks ago.
This one really piqued my interest. Congrats! Wished I would have pulled the trigger when I first looked at the chart. Loved the way it gapped down in the A.M and recovered throughout the day on volume. Got busy at work and missed it altogether. Good luck. I think tou got a winner.

I owned this one last year after doing some DD and rode it for a nice profit. Subsequently, I noticed that it that it slid under $20 a while ago and have had it on my watch list since then. Believe it or not, I actually took a position at ~$18.40 this morning before today's I-Buy based upon yesterday's trigger by the $2million purchase. Then I watched in dismay as it drove higher and higher today on large volume - I was hoping to get more, but I was waiting for a pullback that never came. I wouldn't be disappointed if this went lower. Anyway, ultimately I am looking to hold for at least a 20% move from here. FWIW, this trade feels strong to me.

Tim
PS
If Ilene is in the building, please ask her to chime in with an opinion on DSCO. I am still holding that one despite the recent horrors. I am not adding here b/c I think any bad news from Europe might cause more selling. As my man Jessie Livermore, aka, Larry Livingston, might say, it will be interesting to see if the Insiders step up at these price levels.

Bought phrm too. Since there's so much cash per share, any guess at what this stock is really worth? I often just let a tight stop loss tell me when to sell...

With a few of us jumping on these stocks we're doing a good job of painting the tape. My buys were spread through this morning. :)

Hi, Tim, I thought dsco might pull back but didn't expect this sort of disaster!.... so, I did buy more recently, and plan to hold it a long time. I think insiders will be buying, and I would buy more and trade it if they do, since that would help the stock price. - ilene

Hi A:

DIO had a second I-Buy this week. Also good news yesterday on it's Vein Viewer Imaging system.

I bought in on Mon after the first alert, down a few pennies since then.

My exit target is at least $2.10-2.20 or higher. Stop loss is in at $1.26.

Thanks again for Sal the Gal! She is hot buttered!

HI A:

At 11:30 this morning there was a 281K share trade in DIO out of the 396K total shares traded so far today.

Someone sees something they like here with DIO.

I continue to hold at about even with my original purchase price. I am still looking for a rebound back to the trendline.

PS Where is everyone today, playing hookie?

Greg, when you do this full time, i.e. trading for a living, every day is like playing hookie.

Oh Momma!
What the hell is going on?! Mr. Blair just purchased 785,200 more shares of PHRM. It cost him just over a cool $15 mill. Nothing screams "I absolutely love this stock!" more than a $15 mill purchase - particularly after spending a mere $2million earlier in the week. Needless to say, the stock is up in AH action.

Nice way to start the w/e. I don't wanna jinx it (although I may purchase more on Monday), but this thing might really take off from this level.

Tim
PS - Ilene - thanks for sharing your thoughts on DSCO.
