I question the need for an Ebola vaccine, it only effects Africa and thusly is it not a good thing?

its an example of what you can do with the Nanoviricide technology and if Ebola was in your backyard would it change your answer? If Ebola can be controlled it becomes a military weapon by definition. Therefore it affects potentially everybody. On second thought perhaps this is NOT a "good thing"?
Everyone knows that Southern Greece was once part of North Africa and that most Southern Greeks have their roots in Africa, lets save them all!
