NNVC

If the NNVC story is even close to being real, then this press release by the company this morning may present the most compelling buying opportunity we have seen yet in these shares:

"NanoViricides Says AviFluCide(TM)-I May be the Leading Drug Against H5N1 Avian Flu"

"The Company also announced that it has retained the services of the Gencarelli Group of Washington DC for business development purposes. The Gencarelli Group specializes in health and biotechnology business development in both public and private sectors."

"The company further announced that it has changed auditors as the company has grown quite rapidly and has now engaged the public auditing firm of Holtz Rubenstein Reminick LLP to perform the certified public audit. Holtz Rubenstein Reminick LLP is the "Fastest Growing Accounting Firm in America" (as recognized by both PAR, Sept. 2005, and Accounting Today, Apr. 2006) and one of the Top 25 Accounting Firms in New York (Crain's, Sept. 2005). It is a progressive regional accounting firm, providing a wide variety of accounting, tax and business advisory services to clients throughout the New York metropolitan area.

"The audit is expected to be completed in early July. We expect to file with the SEC in order to become a fully reporting company shortly thereafter.

Why nnvc down again?
Maybe it's a trust issue.
Please comment.

re NNVC trickle down:

Just my opinion:

It's a pink sheet and highly manipulated by the MMs and day traders. I suspect the morning gap up and 1st 1/2 hour run up 48% then trickle down to +15% is typical of low volumn OB / PK stocks. NNVC never gets more than 50k shares traded a day and today got, what 300k or so. Day traders definatly bought at the open (PKs don't have pre market) and where disappointed that there wasn't any follow through and then sold at a loss in the afternoon.

NNVC I believe will do this until real news of calculatable sales per share, profit per share and major listing happens. We buy and hold on faith. :-\ If CHID runs, I'll roll the profit into NNVC at $1.20 next week. :)

JMHO

Good luck to all, curt

Buy it, put it away in the back corner of an account, and only look at it on weekends when the market is closed. We are looking for all or nothing on this one.

Check out NNLX. They just announced that they signed an agreement to build a prototype bioreactor that generates hydrogen from waste water.

Also check out BKMP. There is much buzz about Fight Mobile from The Fight Network appearing on Sprint, Cingular and other mobile phone service providers. On top of that, there is speculation about Direct TV being the first US carrier to offer The Fight Network.

re PTSC:

The following statement I feel encourages buying just before 10Q's and dump on the news. Why be a holder?

Another board post questions PTSC's business model since contracts todate are supposedly all one time payments on the MPP patents. I was dumb founded why PTSC was hot in the first place given that revenue has a finite if not short term outlook.

Thoughts? Curt

From a recent news release:

"This means that the company finds itself in the difficult position of wanting to share the exciting details of license revenues at the time the licenses are announced, yet we are legally prevented from doing so," Pohl stated. "As a result, investors expecting to learn the dollar amounts of revenues received by Patriot Scientific in connection with recent and future licenses will find that such information will be available only as included in regular quarterly financial statements filed by Patriot with the SEC."

Hi Curt:

Thoughts on PTSC?

Lets see, I bought it (quite a large position) at $1.56 and sold it for $.90.

You do the math.

My biggest loser this year.

any thoughts on Robert Taylor's system (Paradigm)? I've tested it back a year and he's on-the-money. Seems too easy tho'.

Patrick, I've written several blogs about Paradigm and the timing methodology espoused by Robert Taylor, check my archives. In sum, it does seem to have some brains, but trading it takes some study. Watching it real time through the summer and will comment further as some major predictions come to pass.

VLNC,

Any comments? Board posters who listened to the CC haven't reported a confidence inspiring plan into profits. Since I'm prefering trading to holding I think this op for a pop has passed.

Comments?

tnx curt
