NNVC

NNVC is perking up, again. It's trading at 0.57 X 0.60 this morning. A weekly close above 0.55 and it breaks above it's rising 8 week moving average. The only element that is missing is volume. Still, we know that this one takes no prisoners when it makes a move, so consider this your, "Heads Up" on NNVC.

what target price do you have in mind for NNVC?

what target price do you have in mind for NNVC?

It's current market cap is about $80MM. An example of a more mature biotech company's market cap, say a Vertex Pharmaceuticals Inc.(VRTX), is over $3B. The gap between the two is the difference between turning science and intellectual property into actual products. As NNVC moves along that path, that gap in relative market
caps will narrow. That's my "target."

I bought NNVC when it was at 1.20 but i didnt sell on its way down. This is the only company that I believe has a chance at changing the entire mindset of the scientific community. The one thing that does bother me about this company is leadership. I hope they can pull through all the red tape to get on the NASDAQ

from my email bag:

"a 40% rally over 3 days on increasing volume. already 300K today. and all this with NO published news for over a week. what the hell is up???"

That's a rhetorical rant, right?

No news? Maybe a little delayed pop from the announcement for animal testing for HIV on the 27th? Because of the potential of this company, this one is gonna pop on good news every time. Long periods with lack of news, bad news and continuous dilution of the stock is what kills these.

Speaking of dilution, ACTC is being beaten into oblivion. The timing of their private placement with the some great publicity from the Barbara Walter's Special is just baffling.

Here's the case for $200/share, from a post at Investors Hub:

"Well, [again I have to measure my words], NNVC now has 6 blockbuster potential drugs in the pipe, where blocbuster means in excess of $1 billion in sales.

Hep B and C
HIV
Influenza/AviFlu
EKC
Flaviviruses (Dengue, west Nile Fever, etc)
Filoviruses (Ebola, Marburg, etc.)

"Then there are the neuropathic viruses such as viral encephylitis and viral meningitis. And now there are papers published linking forms of MS to viral causes. And, don't forget virally caused cancers such as cervical, prostate, renal cancers among others.

"If all works out in the next 5 years, and current share structure remains much the same, I should think $200 a share is a no-brainer. "

I know money is money, but everyone should be foreward that according to Yahoo finance, NNVC has just TWO employees. Not trying to rain on anyones parade. Just the facts.

Let's take a look at this employee v. market cap issue. At 73 cents a share, each employee represents about 36.5 cents of share price. When they ramp up to 100 employees, that will equate to a share price of $36.50.

A far cry from $200 a share, but certainly in the right direction.

Two employees? That's hilarious. If you do some digging on this stock you will find more frightening facts. You can't project billions in sales off products that don't exist. Not with a straight face, anyway.
