I hold some and have been trying to do DD on prospects.

Another Tobin Smith infomercial email teaser that sounds disruptive:

Pretty much nobody, outside of polymer engineers, has ever heard of this company.

But once again, our ChangeWave Research Alliance gives us a huge edge over most investors. One of our members contacted me six months ago, so excited he could barely contain himself.

And after I researched the company myself, it was easy to understand his exuberance.

There are some conductive polymers in use today, but they only work in low-voltage applications. But this company’s formula breaks all the old rules.

Here’s what the inventor, and General Manager of the company, has to say about it:

“Ours is the world's only highly conductive polymer. It's conductive enough that you can run heavy current through it, either AC or DC. My gut's telling me this is going to change the electronics world."

We’re talking about an inexpensive plastic—that can be molded in any shape you want—which conducts electricity, radio waves, and heat virtually as well as copper.

And after my colleagues and I looked into all the details ourselves, I think the inventor is at least partly right about that “changing the world” claim.

With the stock around $3, we can pick up a ton of shares cheap. Risk a little money for a pretty good shot at making a fortune—I like those odds.

curtcurt504https://www.blogger.com/profile/16564247706753234726noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9226230.post-1156843098066116382006-08-29T02:18:00.000-07:002006-08-29T02:18:00.000-07:00CHID is dead money. There will probably be a smal...CHID is dead money. There will probably be a small rise into the next ER. Anybody's guess if it'll stay risen -- lots of risk. The way the company's been harping about spectacular revenue numbers due to its recent acquisition...if it doesn't materialize, I wouldn't be surprised to see it down to the $.20s. And if it did, I doubt you would see double unless profit was outrageous. Risk to reward for CHID for me is not so good. I still have a small amount in it. I took most of it out after taking 40% in losses and made it all back by buying BKMP at .0004. Its super high risk (obviously since its currently trading at .0007), but the risk to reward is much better IMHO. I highly recommend you check it out.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9226230.post-1156784415911208462006-08-28T10:00:00.000-07:002006-08-28T10:00:00.000-07:00any new hype concerning chid? they seem to have fa...any new hype concerning chid? they seem to have fallen hardAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9226230.post-1156617371895453742006-08-26T11:36:00.000-07:002006-08-26T11:36:00.000-07:00I'm new tradin in us. I started with Changewave from Toby Smith...He's a showman and a salesman...so I turned to Hulbert and chose one newsletter from the top performance and a couple from the top ten and some others. In all, I paid about 1000$ and have made about $7000 in a couple months by picking a few trades on selected recomendations. The results are ok, but I still am not convinced this is the way to go. I find too many loosers in all recommended portfolios. So, I'm hesitant as to commit more funds.

Going too long here, so, I'll like to know which are the respected and more followed newsletters around, or where to read posts about this subject.
Thanks in advance for the advise.

Ps.
